After a total loss fire , I spent 7 years rebuilding my residence . Upgrading all doors for better sound proofing to sold core doors , and the visual appeal for a modern residence was essential, while living in a condo with teenagers . Owner , Mike took the time to listen and create a beautiful experience . Installers Casey and Derrick paid attention to detail . They were very helpful and true gentlemen . Renovations on your own aren’t easy . These gentlemen make it easy . Customer service and attention to detail is difficult to find these days . Mike , Casey and Derrick and the staff at the show room at Doors Galoore deliver a high end product with beautiful high end results .

Dealing with Doors Galore was a throwback to thirty years ago when so many reputable businesses offered solid advice, top notch customer service, huge selection in store and great value for the money. After a couple of visits to other door suppliers closer to home my wife and I went to the Doors Galore location in Surrey to source our new entry door with sidelight. We walked in and were greeted by Al. He showed us around, discussed our needs and gave us insight to things we had never considered. He assisted with design and hardware then supplied an installed quote which blew away other vendors. We immediately gave them the go ahead and Al gave us our install date. Al told us that the owner Mike would follow up in a week to arrange in-home measurement. The next week Mike contacted me and set up a date and time to come by the house, he texted me to verify a couple of hours before arriving and showed exactly on time. He measured the entry on our house, went through everything in detail and verified our original install date was confirmed. We also discussed a couple of other exterior doors we had thought about replacing and Mike shared his knowledge of how to handle some tricky installs which was great. The day before our promised install date their installer Casey called to verify the time and even asked if it would be OK to park his shop truck in our driveway. The following day he arrived exactly on time, completed a perfect installation, cleaned up the entire work area and did a full run-through inspection with me. We could not be happier and since the price and end result was so good we are now going ahead with the other two exterior doors a year sooner than we had planned. Since the installation we have already recommended Doors Galore to several friends and I am happy to give this long winded review so others can be confident in the products and services offered by Mike and all the crew at Doors Galore.
