Nicole ReyesThe selection of clothes if filled with older women/men stuff. While I’m sure people look for those, if you’re a younger person I would avoid here. I’ve been here three times and every time it was pretty much the same. Screaming/running kids whose parents don’t care. People shoving others when new bins come out. Not a great thrift bin store.
The W FamilyIt's OK. Not very clean or well lighted, but it is what you expect. If you are willing to dig through piles of clothes in bins, you might find some great deals. Bring your own disposable gloves and mask if you'd like.
Gypsy LuckNice but unfortunately there is so much disorganization here is unreal. They bring out a new bin and literally you have like 10 to 20 people around looking at the bins like OMG there is no tomorrow! Fights start, people cursing you name it! One time I stopped by because I do crafts so it is a good place for me to find things I need for my crafts and they rolled out a bin and all of a sudden two women got into it by cursing each other then it went to fight! Cat meow fighting! Lol I was across like two bins down and I stayed away, people are crazy. Personnel came out they pulled the women out, police were called a total zoo! After all the chaos was done I went to the bin and started looking for crafts materials then suddenly I found a small bag made of cloth I grabbed it and didn't think of it. When I got home and started gathering all my things I bought that day I found the small cloth bag and it had something inside! Well what do u know, I found a 14k Gold with diamonds charm! Couldn't believe it. Then I thought what is for you it really is for you! This is why I say Nice in my review and only 3 stars! The organization needs to be improved however Goodwill because someone can get seriously hurt for real and what is going to happen is the person can turn around and prob suit Goodwill for negligence after reading all the reviews that keep saying the same things and nothing has been done about it. I believe there is always room for improvement!
L ESPiWorst experience with shopgoodwill website. Their shipping customer is trash they need better training and they need to do their actual job . They make u pay with a few days but it take their lazy asses 2 weeks to ship out. Get off your useless butts and do your job!!!
