7-22-25 I have been going to Dr. Andrea once a week for a couple months for hip flexor and low back issues. I felt relief after the first couple treatments! My treatment lasted for 8 weeks. During these treatments, Dr. Andrea did several adjustments but most importantly she showed me exercises that I could do at home to strengthen muscles that have become weak and were no longer supporting key parts of my body resulting in my pain and discomfort. These exercises are very important to get my body back to feeling strong and healthy again. Dr. Andrea demonstrates and explains what each exercise does for each muscle group and how these muscles help to keep your entire body in good alignment which in turn relieves pain and discomfort. Dr. Andrea can realign our body but it is up to us to keep our body strong and healthy through exercise and nutrition. These at home exercises are very important for a continued pain free future! Dr. Andrea's holistic approach to a stronger healthier lifestyle is very much appreciated! I have been to several Chiropractors over my 60 years for many different reasons and not once have I been shown exercises to keep my body strong and healthy. They just want you to keep coming back for months and months. Sometimes years. Dr. Andrea's goal is to help you help yourself! Wow! What a concept. I am so grateful to have discovered Freedom Chiropractic on my search for chiropractic care.

I have not felt this good in years. I started to go to Dr. Andrea for the holistic aspect of care. I quickly went to her for chiropractic also. I have been able to eat food I haven't ate in 4 years due to stomach slareups. I also have been able to come off my steroids/inhalers for my asthma. I highly recommend her to anyone.
