Rockstar. Not only is Rich a super cool guy, but he really knows his stuff. My husband and I were just passing through, our first time in Santa Fe, when we ran into some sudden/upsetting issues with our 13’ cable slide on our 5th wheel. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the motor the broken motor as soon as it shipped to town. Accommodating, responsive, punctual, personable. We’re full time nomads, so we’ve seen our share of techs all over the US - top tier efficiency / attention to detail. 10/10. He’s a certified Master RV Technician, BTW. Thanks again, Rich!!!
