Amazing house, excellent communication and beautiful property. The house had everything. The game rooms, both upstairs and down, were very well laid out with lots to choose from for both the kids and adults. They have added some games that aren’t shown in the listing, which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities - decks, covered and uncovered, the fire pits, the grill and the hot tub. The stairs down to the dock were steep, but expected. The dock was not what was shown in the picture, but after talking with the pm I understand it’s being replaced at any time. (I had planned for the dock shown, but we made the most of it. I may have also brought our boat, if they would have permitted it. Or just planned the kids floats differently.) It would have been nice to have a few chairs on the dock to sit in while the kids swam. We had a great time and hope to come back!

We just had a wonderful family vacation and the MVP award goes to Derrick & Jake of Freedom Property Management! The communication with them was easy and timely. The house had amazing views but it was the little details for us that made this vacation so peaceful. From labels on things to having clear instructions and lots of little amenities provided from extra trash bags to laundry detergent. We will most certainly be going with them again when planning our next vacation.

Have stayed here several times, wont stay anywhere else on the Tims Ford Lake. House is just as amazing as the views and Hosts are proactive, communicate well and go above and beyond.
