Another excellent meal at a Black Iron Burger! We were on our way to Madison Square Garden and really hungry when we walked past this restaurant. It’s our fourth meal at this chain. The burgers were fresh and delicious. Excellent fries. Recent drink, beer was super cold and excellent.

Food was amazing. It was also packed, but we didn’t wait very long for someone to come to take our order. My wife had made her own burger and that was very convenient being she’s so picky. I had the epic burger (👏🏽) perfect for me and also had a side of wings. The adobo marinade was a lot better than I expected! I did make a reservation but most people were able to come right inside not too long of a wait time. (Reservation was made for 7pm) I highly recommend give it a try.

The service was great from the moment we entered to the moment we left. The food was good but nothing special. I opted for the smash black burger and hubby got the chicken club sandwich. We both enjoyed our choices. My only slight nitpick is that the music is too loud. It was like being in a club and I just want to easy and talk to the person opposite me rather than yell.

Split the iberico burger and a special menu smash burger, cooked medium. Both came out dry and undersalted in my opinion. The smash burger had a better overall flavor due to its sauce, but neither hit the mark due to the patties. :/ Nachos also tasted slightly stale, as if they'd been sitting out for a while. Maybe it's because we came as a huge group, but I don't see myself coming back. Kudos to the server dealing with such a large table though, and apparently they have some Spanish roots. :)
