Really enjoyed my massage with Samantha and came away feeling lighter and looser with a side of happy! Friendly and easy going, Samantha was also thorough with preliminary questions about my needs and the giving of information. She strikes the right balance of communication vs letting you relax… and that hot towel and cooling gel were fantastic. I’ll be back!

Colin is amazing he helped me get out of pain with my at home stretches and exercises and it’s only been a week and I’m noticing such a difference! I can’t thank him enough . Not to mention the coffee is so good there too

UP Physio provides the ultimate care for those who need help recuperating after surgery. Their trained staff are knowledgeable and know how far to push you so you are constantly improving and meeting your goals. I’ve had foot surgery and both knees replaced and have been very happy with my treatment. Their facilities are excellent and all staff are welcoming and kind.
