Better still, be a regular and try the food and drinks on offer. Don’t be put off by the thought of going up the stairs, it’s good exercise! Avoid all global chains that don’t pay a penny in taxes!

We followed the signs and found such a cosy welcoming place, great for a bite to eat and the loose leaf tea was amazing! Will definitely be back
Tom MaberI have been here a few times, peculiar but lovely location, indoor and outdoor seating. I usually have the Brie and Cranberry toastie which is tasty. I do wish that they serve their coffee much hotter as this isn’t the first time my coffee has been barely warm. All members of staff I have met so far have been smiley and sweet.

The food is also great and very reasonable, plus the cakes… all made in house and change on a regular basis with seasonal specials too. And the best bit? The staff are volunteers with all profits going to help the work of The Lighthouse. A must visit!
