I am living in street 12. Always called for delivery. Never take a call. After 9 or 10th call they pick the phone. And never take order properly. Always delay in delivery. They take minimum 2 hours to send delivery. Very disappointed with staff manager. Always they have excuse. And custom service guy was so rude. I want to add one more thing Regarding there service. We need some urgent grocery. And again they seems like that more then 2 hours delivery not received not yet and customer service guy is disconnected the phone. These are worst staff in dubai
