When I was a child I frequented this location with my parents, enticed by the promise of Fruit Roll-Ups and Cheestrings. The company which once inhabited this location was once Price Chopper. Much has changed since then but some things haven't. The warmth and good nature of the staff is what has kept me shopping here all these years. On any given day you may hear the produce manager whistling a cheery tune as you decide on which variety of apples appeals to you. He is often there, greeting customers with a gentle tenderness that makes one feel truly welcome. Throughout the grocery aisles, the stocking clerks work quietly and diligently. Occasionally the silence is broken by an uproar in laughter as they push their stock carts past the cashiers and someone cracks a lighthearted joke. Once ready to checkout, you will be greeted by a cashier who reminds you of your super cool, favourite aunt. In the background, a staff member returning from their break brings in a tray of hot drinks for the rest of the staff which elevates everyone's spirit and adds a glimmer of magic to what can feel like a mundane day. You exchange pleasantries with the cashiers, discussing the weather and plans for the day and then you depart, feeling a renewed sense of hope for the day and for humanity at large. These small pleasantries should never be taken for granted as they are the foundation of a community with heart. Thank you freshco for bringing a little warmth into our lives on these cold winter days.

The staff are always friendly (even with kids) and they are always polite and kind! This has been my go-to store ever since my terrible experience with the On The Run team. Would definitely come here often.

This FreshCo is a mess. The store layout is confusing, the aisles are too tight, and the pillars in the middle of the lanes make shopping a nightmare. Half the time, two carts cannot even get through at once, especially in the frozen section near the milk and ice cream. It feels cramped and poorly designed. The shelves never seem well organized, and it is frustrating to walk around in circles just trying to find basic items. On top of that, the customer service is disappointing. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and no sense that anyone really cares about the shoppers’ experience. It makes the whole visit feel unwelcoming. We have decided not to come back to this location. It is worth the extra five minute drive to shop at another FreshCo that is better managed and less frustrating.

This store has lost a longtime customer, falsely accused my wife while she was exchanging something making her stand and wait for security cameras to be reviewed with our newborn daughter. I left work and came to the store to speak to the manager on duty who didn't want to speak with me and had to wait for the store manager Claudio Mantini to come to the front who was completely useless and should not be a manager anywhere. I recorded my interaction that will be sent to head office for the way I was treated during the altercation aswell.
