Bad quality, bad customer service! I ordered 150 aed worth of groceries, and it has a mango box. Half of the mangoes were bad from that box so i complained, and the customer service told me she will check and get back. Then I placed another order for mangoes and assumed they will take necessary actions about my previous complaint. I have been using the service from past two years but last few months their service is degrading. I ordered premium box paying extra amount to get good quality but the box delivered was normal mangoes and their customer service agreed that they send normal as they didn’t have premium mangoes. Why would you take the order if you don’t have it? The box came and it was fine but next day all the mangoes were bad with black spots all over them. I immediately complained and their customer service didn’t get back even after three days. I have to do constant follow ups to get them answer me. And when they get back to me they are like share pictures of everything that was bad. Thank god I had a few pictures taken before throwing that rotten box away! Now, they say they are sending me one box but what about the premium prices I am paying for the quality which they are not providing? Not thinking of buying from them till they take necessary steps to answer complaints. They have had lot of growth in past few months but are not equipped with these many customers and are not able to maintain the quality of products as well as quality of customer support services! Too bad.
