When my husband and I decided that we wanted to sell and buy at the same time (while working two full time jobs with two young kids), I knew that we would need a Realtor who we could trust and be our teammate through the entire process. Parker was exactly what we hoped for and more! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable every step of the way and was very patient as we asked what felt like hundreds of questions to make sure we felt confident with our very big decisions. We always felt like a priority because Parker would work around our schedule for showings and appointments, and he was always available by phone to walk us through paperwork or to give us advice if needed. He showed us his generosity in numerous ways, but the biggest act of generosity came at almost the very end of our time together when a set back occurred with the seller's paperwork (by no fault of Parker). We needed to be out of our house on a Friday and wouldn't be able to move into our new home until the following Monday. Because there was no getting around this error that neither ourselves or Parker could control, Parker tried to help us in any way he could by offering to pay for a hotel for us to stay in for the weekend, paying for us to have our moving truck for the extra days, and even by paying for my husband and I to go to a nice dinner that weekend with the hopes of alleviating some stress. You want that kind of dedication and kindness from your Realtor and that is exactly what you'll get from Parker. Not to mention, we ended up selling our home for over asking and buying our new home for under asking and what can be better than that? Thank you Parker!
