I visited the Plains Rd. location in Burlington, ON. They have consistently been ample with product. Not only that, their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Julia helped me (she has before as well). She always greets me with a friendly, and easy assistance. Her customer service is top level as she really listened and solutioned for me based on our conversation. She was always attentive and made my shopping experience fun. I’m looking forward to shopping again.

Great selection and amazing staff. The name of this store is accurate. Genuinely friendly staff who are eager to help and will take their time to make sure you're happy. I bought some goodies and realized later in the day that I forgot the $5 lighter I purchased. The next day I went by and there was someone else working. She gave me a new one without hesitation. 5/5 service and products – highly recommend a visit!
