I e-mailed a question about my order to them and Malcolm CALLED ME ON MY CELLPHONE, ON SATURDAY MORNING FROM HIS CAR, THE SATURDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS TO ANSWER MY INQUIRY. WHO DOES THAT in this day and age ? Unbelievable ! Maybe Malcolm won’t call each and every customer but he will make sure his customers are taken care of, that’s for sure.

We ordered the bench and power rack lat attachment and they shipped and arrived very quickly! During installation I was missing a part so I called customer service and Malcolm was so helpful and next day shipped the part. Now my gym is complete with quality equipment. Highly recommend!!
