I’ve been taking my 10lb Yorkie and my 110 lb Giant Schnauzer to Bloomingtails for over 7 years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Both of their locations are excellent — clean, professional, and welcoming. Booking online is super easy, and drop-off and pick-up are always quick and smooth. Most importantly, my dogs always look and smell amazing after every visit. The groomers clearly care about their work and the pets they handle. Highly recommend Bloomingtails to anyone looking for a reliable and talented grooming team!

The girls did a fantastic job with my little girl Molly when I brought her in. Always listened to what I was looking to have done and were exceptionally sweet with her. They even alerted me when her legs began to get less steady on their type of flooring about 2 years ago. I had to put her down just shy of three months ago, until the end they’d done a wonderful job of grooming my girl. I couldn’t have been more happy with their service and the care given to her. Thank you Blooming Tails for always making Molly a happy, beautiful pup 🩷

Came to London in need of a new groomer so I came by this place and saw a bunch of positive reviews so I decided to go for it. From the moment, I stepped into the workspace and filed for an appointment. The staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and very informative. They easily helped me book my appointment, as well as check me in and getting my dog into the station ready for grooming. As a pet parent I was always nervous for my dog being unattended for a couple hours, but in terms of Bloomingtails they did a wonderful job, taking care of him, making sure he was all right, and making sure to go at his pace. I recommend this place to anyone who seeks a great pet groomer, my dog specifically got cut by one of the owners Laura I believe! Thanks laura

I'm never coming here again. The website says nail trims are walk in only and no appointment needed. I've gone many times like this. I showed up today after hauling my two dogs and 6-month-old twins into the car to get my dog's nails trimmed and the door is locked saying "this location is appointment only but walk-ins welcome if door is unlocked." What type of service is this? Totally unreliable. They lost a customer.
