This was my first time ever replacing a roof or even filing a claim with my home insurance and FSR made the whole process so much less stressful. They were professional, patient, and always willing to answer my MANY questions. When it came time for installation they kept a close eye on the weather and adjusted the schedule around incoming rain but still managed to finish on time. This company has amazing representatives. Timothy was my rep. and it was a blessing to have such an amazing, knowledgeable, and understanding person guiding me through this process. He answered every question(insurance, labor, cost, etc), and was always prompt and attentive. He went above my expectations and made the process easy. My roof turned out wonderful.
