I wish I could rate full service roofing higher than just 5 stars. Our flat roof was in horrible condition but after meeting with full service roofing my worries were lessened with the reassurance that they could get our roof taken care of. The two gentleman that came to replace the roof were very kind and professional team members. They worked basically two twelve hour shift to complete the job. There was a couple hick-ups not on full services side but our roof had some surprises that were unexpected since the roof had to be removed to know them. But the owner called communicated everything with me and was very straightforward on what they could do for us to get it taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with this company and the service they provided us. I don’t have to worry about anymore leaks thanks to them. Thank you all at full services roofing for helping us and going above and beyond our expectations. Bonus: while the two gentlemen were here replacing our roof. I believe they also located and patched a part of our roof that wasn’t inside the job parameters.

The variety of roofing vendors and their roofing products to choose from was superb. Kevin came out with the choices to choose from and went up onto our roof to show what each style would look like. After placing our order it was several months before the roofing materials arrived due to COVID-induced factory slow downs. Once the materials were delivered John and the installation crew took over and went straight to work. The crew did all they could throughout the installation to avoid damaging our landscaping. Our roof looks amazing and we’d choose Kevin, John and their crew again.

Excellent and easy business to work with. Very professional and reliable. Came out quickly and gave honest estimate and all options. Job was done on time as agreed. Great communication through the whole process. The roofing crew were professional , did nice job , cleaned up and left no mess. Roof looks great. Andrew and Johnathan were great.
