I'm a wedding photographer and the Clover ladies are incomparable to work with. They are the first company that I recommend to my couples and they are not only invaluable to my workflow and job on a wedding day, but I see first hand how invaluable they are to the couple as well. They are a calming presence, know how to have fun, don’t take themselves too seriously, have impeccable taste and style (not every planner I work with has this), and make everyone’s jobs around them easier by being present. The fact that I don’t even have to plan a timeline with my couple is incredible. I know when I work with them that I’ll get a timeline sent to me and I can check it over, ask for a tweak if I need it, and can focus on other parts of my job. Now in the days of Pinterest, so many couples think they don’t need planners and that they can do it all themselves and in that case, as a photographer, a lot of extra stuff that isn’t technically part of my job becomes my task without a planner present. It’s a huge sigh of relief when I know Clover is handling a wedding. I’m allowed to completely focus on my job without scrambling to help in other areas. They are on top of communication, creating a timeline that doesn’t feel rushed yet still includes everything that’s essential, and they clearly love what they do and value relationships with their clients and fellow vendors. They have a friend for life with me and I’d love my job all the more if they were at every wedding with me. Ahh, if only. Can’t recommend them enough!

We had the most beautiful wedding in Asbury Park, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Caitlin, Kellie, and their incredible team at Fulton Events. From start to finish, they were exceptional—covering every detail, listening to our needs, and guiding us through each step to ensure everything came together seamlessly. Their professionalism, warmth, and clear communication made the entire process easy and fun. Planning your wedding can be nerve-wracking, but working with Fulton truly put us at ease. Knowing their team was on top of every detail allowed us to focus on enjoying the moment. When Hurricane Helene brought rain on our big day, they flawlessly executed the rain plan so seamlessly that guests didn’t even realize the ceremony was originally set for outdoors. With a busy weekend in Asbury Park, including a music festival and a hurricane, the potential for chaos was high, but the Fulton team stayed ahead of it all, orchestrating a stunning celebration. Caitlin, Kellie, and their team have a fantastic eye for design and the experience to ensure every aspect of an event runs smoothly. Their industry connections and expertise were invaluable—they curated an amazing group of vendors who brought our vision to life in a way that felt polished and perfectly aligned with our hopes for the weekend. Our friends and family spoke highly about their experience, and it was clear that guest experience is a top priority for the Fulton team. If you are on the fence about whether or not you need a planner, it is 100% worth it. And if you are considering Fulton, know that your wedding is in the best of hands.

Choosing Clover was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Our original wedding date was supposed to be in June 2020, and while we were heartbroken to have to postpone it due to Covid, we felt so lucky that we had Caitlin as our planner because she took care of everything for us. We had been working with Caitlin as our lead planner since we got engaged in 2018, and we were so impressed with how knowledgeable, organized, and proactive she is. When we postponed our wedding, we ended up switching lead planners for scheduling reasons, which is how we got the lucky privilege of working with another Clover all-star, Jesse. There are not enough good things we can say about Jesse. She is extremely creative and talented, is a truly great listener, and brings an invaluable calming, confident presence to the wedding planning process and the big day itself. In the months leading up to our new wedding date, we throughly enjoyed our Zoom meetings with Jesse planning all the fun final details of the wedding. She kept us reassured that we would have the wedding of our dreams despite whatever challenges the world and the pandemic may throw at us. And she was right, our wedding was the best day of our lives and the credit has to go to the phenomenal team at Clover. Caitlin and Jesse are both amazing planners and even better people, and if you choose Clover for your wedding I have a strong feeling you too will say it’s the single best decision that you made.
