It is an amazing place for kids. Kids enjoy a lot there. There are so many rides for kids and also 3d games. Every game has a fun and every ride gives us fun. Like roller coaster, lost of jungle, car ride etc. They give the band in just 2000 rs for each kid, but thing they don't give enough time to play. They give only one hour to play. This a good fun place for kids where they can spend their good time

I’d just come back from getting my LASIK surgery checkup in Lahore, eyes still adjusting, vision a bit blurry, when my little boy started his usual drama: “Baba, jhoolay! Jhoolay!” It was late afternoon, I was tired, but one look at his excited face and I couldn’t say no. We pulled into Emporium Mall in Johar Town and headed straight to Fun Factory. The colorful indoor play area that’s been his favorite since he was three. The moment we stepped in, time vanished. He ran to the soft play zone, climbing, sliding, jumping into the ball pit like a pro. I sat nearby, sipping cold juice, watching him laugh with other kids. The staff was super friendly. One staff member even helped tie his shoelaces. They have arcade games, mini rides, and a birthday party corner with giant ice cream sculptures in the window—perfect for photos. We spent over two hours without realizing it. No rush, no noise from outside just pure joy. Clean, safe, air-conditioned, and surprisingly affordable (PKR 500-1000 entry). I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as he did, but honestly, It was the best part of my recovery day. If you’re in Lahore with kids, don’t skip Fun Factory at Emporium. It’s not just a play area, it’s a happy memory factory. We’ll be back soon.

It's built good and has some really amazing rides. But it's the most expensive play area that I've been to. I've been in Multan, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and yet, this was the most expensive one.

Extremely unprofessional staff with no empathy for kids. They behave rudely and make you feel unwelcome from the moment you arrive. No patience, no kindness, and absolutely no sense of how to handle children. Their attitude is cold and careless. It’s shocking how they talk to kids and parents alike. This place clearly doesn’t care about creating a safe or friendly environment. If you value respect and empathy, don’t go here. They need serious training in communication and basic manners.
