Had a very bad experience with Funcell ( GameAnax ) , they called me for an interview so, when I reached for the interview, they asked me directly for the practical test so I said ok. And when I came to give a practical test, they gave me outdated software and said that you will have to work on this software. And the software that those people used to do it was 8 years old software. Then I asked the tech head why are you using old software, then the tech head replied in a very rude manner, that is, if you are interested then give an interview, otherwise you can go. The way he talked, I did not like his behavior at all and I said that I am not interested in working in such an atmosphere, and then I went away. After some time I got a call from HR and asked have you gone or is it that our director wants to talk to you directly. I don't know what they guys are realizing. I said okay, I am coming but I am not interested in the interview. And when I came back to the office the director talked to me directly. And they said that software licenses are very costly so we have limited software, then he said that if you are interested then I will arrange updated software for you, you can give the interview. Then I said, I had already asked this question to your tech team, can you arrange updated software for me? Then he told me in rude behavior that this is what we have, if you are interested then give an interview, otherwise you can go. Who would want to work in such an atmosphere again? Then I left from there, I didn't like their micro management. Please do not call an experienced person for an interview if you do not have such facilities or you guys need to upgrade your company if you really want to hire an experienced person.
