Our company has used Function Fox for about 10 years and it does all we need, and does it easily. We use it to control project costs, document hours on T & M projects and to calculate our payroll. The reports are easy to create and super flexible. Finally, Function Fox is quite simple to use and the interface is well designed, but I do have an occasional question. When I do, their tech support staff is reachable by phone or e-mail with no phone trees or long hold times, just real people who address the issue clearly. I highly recommend Function Fox.

I am not a tech person and was not looking forward to choosing a Project Management bit of software for our business. I previewed 4 products and chose FunctionFox. From the beginning it was evident that they cared about me as a customer. It is a perfect fit for our business, we track coaching and training hours at many different clients around the world. We have remote personnel entering hours and tracking time. Between the awesome user interface (very intuitive and easy) and the mobile app (remote personnel love this, they can enter hours on the go), it is perfect for our business. FunctionFox personnel make it easy. Our sales representative actually customized the name of some of the fields for us to make navigation easier. I have called Support a number of times on user issues (me) and they are knowledgable, pleasant and communicate very clearly. I've given my clients access to the portal as well so they can run reports on the fly. FunctionFox has saved our company time and money and helped us with client satisfaction. Since I have used Function Fox my reporting on graphic and video projects have been easier. The interface has changed over the years for the better. Customizing each project is easy and preparing billable hours is easy. If you are a project manager or freelance / contract graphic designer who has to keep your clients' projects organized this is the best software I could find and I've tried a few. I also think the team over at Function Fox are friendly and helpful. The only recommendation I would add is to include a feature that allows you to drag an email to the project. Since a direction of the project usually changes as there are more people involved, it's good to have a way store email communication.
