I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Fundy Dental Centre: Emergency Dental Clinic for the exceptional care and compassion I received during my visit today. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety, especially around dental procedures, it’s been incredibly difficult for me to access the care I need. Freezing typically doesn’t work for me, and I often feel overwhelmed to the point that I can’t go through with treatment. But from the moment I arrived, the team took the time to talk with me, listen, and help me feel comfortable and safe. The sedation made a huge difference, and everyone—from the front desk to the clinical staff—was truly a pleasure to deal with. A special shoutout to Dr. Schofield and his assistant, as well as the paramedic on site(HE WAS AMAZING) at the time: thank you for turning what I expected to be a stressful and frightening experience into something positive and empowering. This has been a challenge I’ve been trying to overcome for the past 3 years, and thanks to your support, I finally feel like I’ve taken a big step forward. I’m sincerely grateful.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Awful staff. Awful dentist. Refusing to book me back because I had a family emergency come up. They talk behind patients backs while pretending to be nice to their face. If you go in to have one tooth extracted and are with greensheild insurance they try to take 4-8 teeth just to make sure they get close to $100 out of the appointment. Unorganized and nasty employees. I am in the wild fire zone and have family needing to be housed from evacuations. But they only care about their financial gain. Not about the patients. They harassed me trying to reschedule when I declined they tried to do it anyway even though I was adamant on not changing my appointment time and day as i needed IV sedation and it was a tike that worked for not only me but my mother as well. But when I need to reschedule for personal reasons related to family they “can’t schedule me back. Do not give these people your time or money. They do not deserve to have clients as they are supposed to refer you elsewhere after an emergency appointment but they never do. Stop leaving voicemails on iPhones thinking you are being kind and professional when the voicemail attached to this review. They’re spiteful and nasty the whole lot of them. And they will say they sent your prescription via fax when they actually don’t and you show to pick up antibiotics at the pharmacy and there is nothing there because they never faxed it. Overall unprofessional and very nasty human beings, who should not be in the dentistry industry

Went in late 2024. I have a tooth that drives into another causing me great pain and anxiety. It makes it impossible to go anywhere without great difficulty. I havent been able to shut my mouth comfortably in almost 3 years. He took an xray said the tooth is fine. I explained what i wrote above. He would not remove or even shave down the tooth. Instead said i need to see tmd therapy to confirm. Which is 425 an appointment. I told him of my money issues and how long ive been in pain. He just said sorry he wont do it. However, the staff was very nice and even though he refused to help me in anyway in that moment to relieve any pain at all. He was still calm and nice. Every other dental place around isnt taking new clients still May 2025. Getting to the point i might have to do it myself. Thanks.
