Jennifer FosterThis studio and event space is a community within the LH community. The teachers are fantastic, the classes are diverse and the students are some of the best people you’ll meet. As for event space YAM is a blank canvas for your shower, party or celebration.

Amy TurnerGreat yoga studio! Hard to beat this one, the class times are perfect for me and my schedule, the teachers are amazing and everyone is so friendly. I love that they have Ashtanga classes. The teacher Cassie is amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful. If you an Astangi or Ashtanga curious, would recommend you come check this out. Then there are the Power Flow classes. I love Julie, Tanya and Kimber....so many great teachers. Then for the chill class my favor is Caroline's Saturday Stretch and Roll, it is something you have to experience. I also have got to experience Katonah - that is one I am trying to make work in my schedule. It is really an amazing class and you learn so much. There are so many great classes it is hard to choose. I want to experience them all!
