Cancelled a workshop at the last minute which was fine as these things happened. Then promised me a call back on multiple occasions to rearrange which did not happen. They did not answer the phone on the last few attempts to call them. Ended up having to call head office to arrange a refund.

Great store with an amazing variety of craft-related products. My 6 year-old and I attended 2 workshops and we loved them! The staff were so kind and friendly. There is a generous amount of supplies for each workshop. Highly recommended!

Very accessible ground floor for wheelchair users. Those with limited mobility have to rely on the lift to get upstairs (sewing & knitting, amongst other crafts) unless they can flag down a helpful member of staff.
