If I could give negative amount of stars I would! I came in, in desperate need of a sofa. I explained I needed dark sodas because I have 4 year old twins who are both autistic and a puppy. I saw some white ones and made a comment how I loved them but couldn’t bc theyll get dirty. The representative who was helping me goes out his way to tell me they have a product that repels all liquids and dirt. And if it does get dirty the company will come out and clean it. I made a claim just 2 weeks after getting them and it got declined because it’s more than one stain. I came back to the store and the manager doesn’t want to help when they’re the ones who convinced me. All he’s offering is more of the product which is pointless because clearly The product doesn’t work. Now I’m stuck with white sofas that are filthy and paying out of pocket To get them cleaned ! Never again will buy from this place For False advertisement! They only care about putting money in their pocket and not their customer! Now I’m stuck with brand new dirty sofas I bought before thanksgiving and they don’t want to help.
