This is a magical space where your fur babies are well pampered and nurtured.. Wiggins and I are so grateful that we found Julie and Toilettage a l’Eau Chou Chou 💗. Wiggins loves being picked up in their mobile service with no hesitation on his part or mine, and when he returns home, always well groomed and full of joy.. grooming is no longer stressful.. thank you to Julie and her amazing team 🥰

I adopted a rescue dog who is very anxious at groomers and vets. He bites and does not like to stay still. They take amazing care of my dog here. He is not always easy to work with but they are very patient and kind. Julie is so sweet and easy to book with. If there's ever any problems during the appointment she notifies me right away so my dog can receive the best service possible. I definitely recommend.

OMG! exactly what I wanted for Shanelle! They call it a "coupe comfort" which means not too even or ethically accurate but the primary goal is to let the dog be stress free. Thank you guys for a perfect work!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would, and they would all be well deserved! From the warm welcome to the genuine kindness, patience, and smiles from Julie, Laurie-Anne, and the entire team at Toilettage à l'eau ChouChou, every moment was exceptional. Despite being very busy, they took the time to make us feel seen and cared for. When I arrived after the grooming, my sweet Cavapoo, Bentley, wasn’t in a cage, she was happy, exploring, and clearly having fun. That was the best feeling in the world. My heart is full knowing her comfort and happiness were a true priority. She was treated with such love, as if she were their own. Not to mention how absolutely adorable she looked and how delicious she smelled. I later learned that was Laurie-Anne’s signature strawberry scent! 🍓 I can’t recommend this amazing team enough. If you're looking for a groomer, Run, don't walk! Merci à toute l'équipe! 💕
