I brought my 2 cats, Mikey and Scottie, to Cat Nap for Christmas 2023 (the exact duration was something like Dec 20-Dec 27). I was in a bind because I needed to drive my parents to Florida and I hadn't found anyone to watch the boys. I'm not willing to leave my animals with just anyone, and with short notice, I realized I was terribly stuck. When I phoned Cat Nap, Kathy answered and when I pleaded my case, Kathy was straight up enthused and, best of all, available......BAM! Thank the Lord, I found a cat sitter. Didn't know much about this cat sitter, but I have a voodoo sixth sense, and my voodoo senses were saying good things. Everything about Kathy's service was what I would want as an overprotective, neurotic cat dad. The drop-off was smooth and easy. Kathy's apartment is frankly ideal for a cat sitting situation - good views for the cats from the windows of the living room...nice cat tree for the boys to hang out on...litter boxes clean and ready to go without me having to bring anything. Best of all is that Kathy is clearly a cat lover. Not to mention that Kathy's adult daughter also helped care for (and fell in love with) my boys. All I needed to do was bring Mikey and Scottie's food. Kathy took care of everything else. Kathy gave me updates during my trip in line with the level of communication that I asked for. Although my boys were a little nervous about going to a strange place (hello? they're cats!), I felt comfortable and assured that the boys were in a good place. I've dealt with a variety of pet sitting services and, pound for pound, Cat Nap is easily the best out there. I kinda don't want to broadcast how perfect Cat Nap is because I want to be able to call up and have them available, but if you need someone trustworthy to take care of your cats in a well appointed space while you're gone, I recommend Kathy and Cat Nap. P.S. I'm a horrible procrastinator - the reason I wrote this review so long after receiving the service is because I'm a horrible procrastinator. But I'd like to highlight that I've meant to write this review and I wouldn't let it go from my embarassingly long to do list because Cat Nap is the real deal, and I respect greatly people who do a great job. This is that.

Kathy is the best! I looked for boarding services in the Burlington/Halton area, and was so pleased to find that Kathy boards one cat at a time. I have used her multiple times now, and my cat loves Kathy so much. she is so well taken care of which is the best peace of mind when you are travelling. Thank you so much Kathy!
