This is my second time receiving care at FYZICAL Lockport, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I previously worked with Kyle for vestibular and balance therapy, and his expertise and dedication made a lasting impression. Most recently, I completed a 10-week program with Kayla to strengthen my back and neck. The facility is very clean, well-equipped, and they were always accommodating with my schedule. Both Kayla and Kyle are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about their patients. Their one-on-one approach and individualized care set them apart. I highly recommend FYZICAL Lockport for anyone seeking quality physical therapy or balance rehabilitation

I have been going to FYZICAL for a tight IT band causing pain in my hip and knee. Kyle is very professional and thorough. He accurately identified my problem and devised an individual, effective and efficient therapy program for me. Kyle explained what he was going to do and why. He urged me to give him feedback every step of the way. Kyle set specific goals for each therapy session. Sessions had a good pace to them with no wasted time. Kyle pushed me to reach my specific therapy goals by working with me in direct therapy as well as giving me tasks to do at home. I'm very impressed with how quickly Kyle was able to improve my walking, running, and golfing. The only downside is that now I will have to come up with another excuse for my bad golf shots.🏌️

I love that my sessions are 1 on 1. Kayla & Kyle are amazing therapist. They both take the time to see how you are feeling & base part of my therapy on me. They push me in a great way to make sure my recovery is staying on target. I would & have recommended my Fyzical location
