Great facility and staff. My therapist, Christopher, actually educated me on why we were doing certain things to manage my condition, not just tell me to do the exercises. He stressed that by doing his suggestions, knowing that I'll never be perfect, this will help me maintain myself comfortably. The end testing showed significant improvement. I recommend this facility and want to thank the whole staff for making my time there enjoyable.

They worked with me to get me back to my own goals, and even provided advice on how to continue my training in a way that circumvents re-injury, or injury of other systems.
