I suffer from anxiety so was too anxious to go in and ask about it but my partner went in and a lady came out and took me in she was extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. I didnt catch her name but she was lovely Helped to measure my finger and order the correct size in for me and will contact me when its there. The staff were really friendly, helpful and caring. The lady who did our piercings said this shop has been her familie's business for multiple generations, so they definitely know what they are doing. We got some lovely ear piercings and a great experience that we will cherish forever.
