G & G Jewellery & Coins did an amazing job with my custom engagement ring! Trish was amazing from the start; she listened to and noted down all the details that I would like in an engagement ring (metal type, diamond shape and quality, setting, etc.). She was very knowledgeable, offered advice when I had questions, and made me feel heard. Although I was debating between two jewelers at the time, Trish got the ball rolling on the CAD design for the ring anyway because she was confident that I would go with them and it was ready for me to approve in less than a week. Even though she estimated that it would take several weeks for the ring to be finished, it actually got finished and was ready to be picked up a week earlier than estimated. I knew that I would like the ring based on the CAD design, but seeing the final product during the actual proposal blew my mind and had me in tears for more than one reason. Thank you Trish and G & G for playing a big role in our memorable engagement!

I was in the market for a substantial gold chain — something with real weight and presence. I had a couple of pieces set aside to trade, given how high gold prices are right now. Another shop nearby told me their jeweler wouldn’t be available for an hour, so I checked what was close and walked into this place. It was the right decision. The staff were professional, direct, and immediately attentive. One chain in particular caught my eye. I expected it to be priced higher than the one I had seen around the corner, but it wasn’t. In fact, the value was significantly better — so much so that I decided to keep the pieces I planned to trade. What I left with was a brand-new Italian gold chain, not a used piece marked up like the other shop was offering. The quality, pricing, and honesty here were exceptional. I purchased it yesterday, and I’m already considering returning today for a matching bracelet. If you appreciate transparency, fair pricing, and high-quality inventory, this is a jeweler I can recommend without hesitation.

Asked for a stone to be replaced in a ring because it looked damaged. Worker said it's fine, and we asked for it to at least be tightened since the stone was about to fall out. Got it back as well as a few other pieces being repaired, one other ring resized, and it's extremely small now, and the envelope says 3 3/4 leading me to believe they mistakenly downsized the ring. If it didn't fit, I wouldn't have bothered trying to get the stone replaced. The other ring was being sized up to 13.75. Wrote a complaint on contact section of their site, no response.
