sadie andersonI have been in this store several times over the past 2 years and the same girl with black hair, several piercings in her ears, and tattoos has always been so rude! I’m only mentioning her appearance so hopefully she can be reprimanded accordingly. Anytime we needed help with anything, fitting rooms or to locate a right size she acts like we are wasting her time or interrupting her. She is by far the worst employee me and my daughter have ever seen. I hope pac sun sees these reviews and relieve that they are all probably about the same girl.
Blue SkyThe cashier girl was nice and smiled, but I guess the short reddish brown hair girl I don’t remember if she had any piercings or not, I feel like she might’ve been the manager just has an attitude like you can feel it without even interacting with her. No, have a nice day or anything when you walk out. Customers is why you have a business in the first place, so like it or not - Customer service is your job. I don’t care if you’re fake and phony smiling I rather have that than any type of bad demeanor when I’m shopping or else I will be taking my money elsewhere. Brands such as BrandyMelville also will not be branching their products out to stores like PacSun if their customers are starting to have bad experiences. If you ever go to an actual BrandyMelville store, you see their customer service is completely a different level than PacSun.
BadNewsBearsOPI never usually leave reviews but despite the power and internet issues i couldn’t have had a better experience. Amy and Marissa helped me and my daughter find the exact jeans we were looking for and helped us out in the fitting rooms since we were a bit confused with sizing. They were the kindest, highly recommend!!
