Great service and very friendly. Initial hiccup for repairs due to no fault of the plumber but after I ordered the right parts everything went smoothly. Dealing with Jack and his team was very easy and the work was completed to a high standard. Highly recommend!

Ben arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He arrived out the work as requested, moved a radiator in the hallway to accommodate a new stairlift. The existing radiator was too long but Ben advised on a smaller one that would allow the same or similar heat output. Was here for 3 hours and one further hour to complete the works. The radiator was installed to the new location, central heating system recharged and checked as was the boiler. Very good job done. Would recommend again.

We recently had Elliot out to fix a problem with our bathtub/shower, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his service. He quickly identified the fault and took the time to explain all the possible solutions, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each option so we could make an informed decision. Once we chose how to move forward, he completed the work to an excellent standard. On top of his technical skills, Elliot is genuinely a really nice guy with great communication throughout the whole process. We felt fully informed and confident in the work being done. If we have any plumbing issues in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to call Elliot again.
