EDIT: they must not fully read the reviews, as I was not asking anyone to service my sauna. I clearly stated I was looking to purchase a new one. Who responds to these? Their comprehension is about as good as the 2 women who sat on their phones while i walked circles around all 4 of the saunas right by them and they didnt care to help. Again, i think Andy is best suited to handle everything at this store. He was way more helpful in the 10 mins I spoke with him than this response to my review. 🥴🥴🤣🤣 At the fair. Have been standing here, just seeing if anyone will help me and not a single person came ti ask if I wanted info etc. My sauna crapped out a month ago and I cant find anyone to fix it, so I am looking to buy a new one but I guess they dont need the business? **THANK YOU ANDY FOR PAYING ATTENTION AND BEING KIND. The delivery experience was excellent. They all were nice, professional, friendly, smart, efficient, and skilled--knowing all the questions to ask, information to provide, and had a primary focus of making sure the hot tub was set up correctly and to our specifications and that we were happy, which we are.
