Toscha (Nina's Hot Spot)

Had the unfortunate opportunity to come across an extremely rude and unprofessional employee working on the road by Dominion Park on July 13/23. He yelled & cursed at me and my daughter (I had 3 children with me) because another flagger didn't do his job. This guys name is supposedly Larry something or other (I asked the guy in charge so who knows if he was truthful or not). He then told us off again on the way home from the beach. This guy should not be on the job. He has long strawberry blonde/red hair in a ponytail. A mustache for sure, possibly goatee but not certain. I get it is HOT out but just be a better person than to tell off a woman that did nothing wrong but try to go to the beach. Will be making a formal complaint.
