I needed an urgent matter dealt with, and the response and assistance I got from Puneet and company was almost miraculous. After 10 year custody battle, My ex took my son from BC to Alberta, without consent, to restart a new claim in a new province, with false allegations too serious to describe on a website. The judge gave impossible conditions for me to meet. Puneet and co, handled my matter promptly, and efficiently, navigating through the bowels of the alberta court system with expertise. My matter was destined for a months or worse even years long jurisdictional custody battle but through Puneet's mastery of the alberta court system and his determination to not give up, my son is back home with me after a few short week. He will never be taken away from me again. I wish I could give 6 stars, 5 stars does not do justice to the work that was done for me by Puneet in a short period of time. If ever one needs a lawyer in alberta. I would highly recommend this law firm!!!!!
