Such a large and beautiful department store and they don't have a bathroom for customers. I have chosen 3 items, then my large coffee I had in the morning wanted to leave my body. I asked for a restroom but surprisingly they told me they haven't one. So I left the building and went to my hotel a few blocks away. After that I wasn't in the mood to go back again, because it was super hot. Bad luck for Galeries Lafayette, because they lost a revenue of 280 Euro. IMHO every store this size should have a restroom for customers.

Galleries Lafayette is one stop all shopping from men to women from casual to formal. Perfum or hand bag, shoes or boots? Scarf or hat this place has it all under one roof. I love how the have all type of clothing for all seasons every time. In case you are travelling and need swimsuits in the middle of winter then here they have it and of course winter stuff is there too. Or whatever season it might be

On 22 July, 2024, my wife and I came here to check out if luxury brands were available. It appeared the luxury was confined to Paris. Anyhow, we did some window shopping in the nice shopping environment.

Served by an emotional man-child with an am.pm product tag. We asked if we could see the label for a duvet to see the place of manufacture and washing instructions, which seems acceptable for a purchase over 100 euro. The man just said "why" and very unhelpful demeanor. Using translate we showed why. He insisted they were not made in Europe. We said that some were made in Portugal as we were able to see the label. He didn't believe us and required proof, so we showed him. At that point his hands started shaking, he angrily unfolded the duvet to show it. Place of manufacture and label was fine, so we bought it. Quite amusing experience but guy is likely to get a stroke if he doesn't calm down.
