David from Goldstar is the man! I just purchased my second sewing machine from this company. Always good prices and personal service which I appreciate! This is my go to place for great sewing machines. I purchased two industrial machines but am thinking about getting my son his first sewing machine from here because they also have machines for beginners. David helped me and had good quick service

I am a retired disabled veteran, who does some sewing to help make ends meet. I purchased a Juki machine through Goldstar and when it arrived, it was broken. I returned the machine and it has been six months with no resolution. I message repeatedly and the owner. David just respond with. I’ll get back to you” and then doesn’t. 1 month ago. I posted a negative review and started receiving abusive and threatening messages from the owner. He promised me if I took the review down he would “make it right.”. There still has been no resolution, and at this point I’m out $3000 and don’t even have the machine. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with with a company. Avoid this place at all costs.

Steer clear of this place! Currently I'm dealing with what seems to be them scamming my workplace after purchasing a bartacker. First, they did a last minute switch and sent us another machine that was"just as good”. It turns out that they don't actually sell this model on their site. The machine is defective and has failed to work after very light use. They have been very difficult to communicate with and don't seem interested in resolving the issue. This is not a place you should do business with. Unless you want a 4k paperweight.
