Angelie OwensTim from Galvin came out to my residence on March 21, 2025 to provide an estimate for us to extend our electrical access in our basement. Once we reviewed our requirements for enhancements with him he said he would have an estimate out to us shortly. We have yet to receive our estimate as of April 4, 2025. I have both texted and emailed without any correspondence in return from the company. If Galvin Electrical was not interested in the work we were requesting to be performed, they could have simply stated the have no intention in taking us on as clients. Instead they are playing an unprofessional game of ghosting.
