Water was pouring through her lounge ceiling, yet he advised that he didn’t carry the required parts on his van and simply left her in a very stressful situation. One call to Jack made all the difference. He attended promptly, immediately put my mum at ease, and resolved the issue there and then with absolute professionalism. His knowledge and experience were clear from the outset, and he took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how he was fixing it. Jack was a total delight to have in the house — calm, courteous, extremely thorough, and left everything clean and tidy. It is rare to find someone so reliable, respectful, and genuinely caring, especially when dealing with a vulnerable elderly customer. Thank you, Jack, for such outstanding service. Required a new kitchen tap fitted. Jack was easy to contact and arrange a visit. Kept me updated on when he’d arrive and completed the job in good time. Neat and efficient during the work, no mean feat in a small kitchen. Would highly recommend.

We have used Jack over last few years for a new heating system in our property and he’s just put in a new boiler in my mums home - we cannot fault him, fully explained all our options and what would be involved, costs etc - he is efficient, organised and his work is very neat. After the work we get sent all relevant certificates and paperwork I can’t recommend him enough.
