I had such a wonderful experience at Garage, and I absolutely have to highlight Lucille, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. From the moment I walked in, Lucille greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She was extremely knowledgeable about the clothing and current trends, and she took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. Lucille didn’t just point me to items—she gave me thoughtful suggestions that matched my style, showed me pieces I might not have picked myself, and explained how to mix and match them. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience so enjoyable. What really stood out was Lucille’s attention to detail and patience. She checked in on me while I was in the fitting room, offered helpful advice on fit and styling, and made sure I left feeling confident with my choices. Her professionalism, combined with her friendly and approachable personality, made it clear she truly cares about her customers. The store itself was well-organized, clean, and inviting, but Lucille’s outstanding customer service is what made my visit exceptional. She turned a regular shopping trip into a genuinely positive experience, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back to Garage. I used to love this garage until they hired all these unprofessional teenage girls. No one helps you until you actually chase someone down otherwise they just walk around giving weird stares at customers, stand around gossiping, or run around making tiktoks. The other day I was waiting to pay for my clothes when two workers were behind me chatting away. One had their back towards me so she didn’t see I was there but the one that saw me waiting just kept giving me looks and then told her co-worker to take me because she didn’t want to. Management definitely needs to fix a few things with this store considering how many reviews have the same concerns. Extremely judgmental and unprofessional environment.

Favourite Garage in BC! Very friendly and kind staff that aren’t pushy or aggressive like JP at their Burnaby location. Thank you garage in guildford for providing a comfortable shopping experience and environment for my neurodivergent child ❤️

Very bad experience… I came here today to buy a pair of jeans and when I rang it up, a Filipino looking cashier lady was so rude. First, she asked me to repeat myself 3 times in a very rude manner. And then when she asked to scan my barcode, she kept giving me a bad look even though that was the first time we interacted.
