First of all, I appreciate there is an actual person taking the service request. I didn't have to fill out an entire page of information to then wait for a call. So many shops are only High Tech and no touch. The call was pleasant, the Service tech response time was about 40 minutes and I even received a text from the tech with an ETA ( even had a employee picture so I knew who to expect). Brandon was fast, technically proficient and he didn't mind all my questions about components and install procedures. I do HVAC, but I know those garage springs can be dangerous, so even though I'm handy, I'll leave this to the Pros. I didn't realize all that went into the project; new springs means new tensions, closing/opening forces, door travel settings, etc! Brandon reset all settings on my door controller to ensure perfect operation. This wasnt just a garage door Service Call, it was a lesson and I got to keep all my teeth since I didn't tackle it on my own. Brandon really knows his craft and he thoroughly cleaned his work area and hauled off all the mess. JOB WELL DONE!
