Taylors is an excellent company to deal with. I have used Taylors to MOT my motorhome for many years and the service has always been excellent. When my current Fiat Ducato based motorhome started to give airbag faults I got sucked into sending the airbag module to a place in Liverpool for a repair … big mistake. The ‘repair’ lasted about 4 weeks when the module started giving errors again. The scammers in Liverpool requested that I pay again to get the fault removed, which made no sense. The local Fiat Commercial dealer suggested a replacement airbag would be required at a cost of about £600 + labour and around 4-6 weeks booking time. I’m not sure why I didn’t go to Tailors first as not only did Taylors correctly diagnose & fit a new airbag module, they did it in just one day and charged less than £500 including labour & VAT. I can’t thank Neil and the other guys at Taylors enough for the excellent service and reasonable prices.
