The address and delivery instructions on my package could not have been more clear, yet it was delivered to a house several doors down from mine. By the time I realized it had been delivered to the wrong address and went to look for it, the neighbour claimed they never received anything even though I have a photo showing it on their back patio… Extremely disappointing experience. Customer service was useless. I’m surprised this company is still in business with the absolute lack of competence they have displayed. Avoid using this company at all costs if you actually want to receive your packages.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I say it so many times, write surveys and feedback and they do not respond. They keep throwing my deliveries on the porch and leave. My items are either damaged or stolen and I keep telling them we have a mailbox that fits the parcel but none of them listen. I even write a big sign on the porch and they don't even look. Even if you don't understand English you can see the bright red arrow pointing to the mailbox. They just throw it or toss it like they're bowling, take there picture proof and take off. Sometimes they deliver 3-4 packages and they just pile up in the front scattered all over. And their main focus is to take the photos to send as proof. Our area is high traffic and constantly we get people passing by or solicitors knocking on doors. When you see them walk off with your stuff, you cannot actually hunt them down because you don't even know who they are or where they're from. They don't realize I pay a lot for my items and I don't appreciate having it damaged or stolen. This is the worst service ever. The delivery agents are not trained nor told to properly handle and deliver the items. All they are concerned is that they got their picture proof. I have camera vids of all the deliveries made by this service and every one of them don't handle my parcel with care regardless of what's inside or they see the sign and just ignore it. Hope they see the time stamps and know who they are. They stop sending surveys now probably knowing that all their delivery guys do the same. They are still doing the same to-date. I would upload videos if I could but I'm gonna just keep updating photos. Apple Express don't care about improving their service. Very unprofessional! I don't know why companies still use this service. They lose customers time and money.

If I could give them negative stars, I swear that I would. This company is horrible. Informs me on a Saturday that my package is out for delivery, says it’ll be there by 9pm that night. Doesn't show up. Delivery gets rescheduled to Monday, doesn’t show up. I called them and the lady tells me to wait a few more days on the Tuesday. I called them again and they called to inform me that the driver lost my package. So now I have to scramble and reach out to the company. I ordered my package from and inform them. Apple Express is horrible at communication, Or giving any sort of updates. Or even calling you back. I will say the lady that ended up calling me back was very apologetic and sweet but negative stars if I could. Hopefully the company will be able to ship it via somebody else.

Ordered from a site. Delivery went well. Only complaint is notifications and your proof of delivery photo tells me nothing at all, it’s just a picture of the pkg. Also your survey has no feed back area, I’m in Alberta so I would not know if address delivery was correct, if he rang the bell etc… All in all it was good. Pkg arrived.
