La peor experiencia que he tenido, me vendieron una pieza que no era compatible, solicite cambio al vendedor, la llevé a cambiar y no me la aceptaron por no tener el plástico para la pieza, volví a Brasil a buscar ese plástico y al día siguiente no me la aceptaron por estar vencida. ¿Cómo una tienda de este tamaño puede tratar a sus clientes de esta manera? Ya les había advertido que la pieza no era compatible. Quise hablar con un gerente y nadie me respondió. El vendedor me ignoró en WhatsApp, lo que me hizo ir allí y salir temprano del trabajo sin ningún beneficio. De todas formas si estás leyendo este comentario piensa bien antes de comprar en este lugar, si te venden algo mal le echan la culpa al cliente y no al vendedor.
