Thr Gardner Contracting crew was absolutely wonderful! They always arrived on time and were very courteous to all our homeowners. They also did an exceptional job of cleaning up each day in additional to sweeping for nails with magnets throughout our complex. Project Managers and Supervisors were constantly onsite to answer questions. I highly recommend Gardner Contrating for any roofing needs.

Gardner has been everything you can ask for in a contractor, and then some! They did a full roof replacement back in 2013 (insurance on a hail claim). The installation went without a hitch. Subsequently, the GAF shingles used were found to be defective, and after only 9 years or so were deemed to need replacement. I contacted Gardner to see if they could provide invoice details required by GAF for the warranty claim. Chuck voluntarily stepped in to work with GAF directly to "cover" some of the expenses GAF was refusing on the warrany claim, and to do the installation of the new roof. Chuck's comment to me was that he wanted to make it right, even if GAF was not covering everything that they should. The installation of the new roof went without a hitch, and my out of pocket expense was much smaller (by thousands of doillars) than GAF and another contractor originally quoted. I now know that at least some of the new installation expenses were absorbed by Gardner, even though they were not at fault. 6 Stars! Thank you!

I had an excellent install of a solar tunnel. Ben and crew showed up early worked effeciently and professionally throughout the install of a 14 inch solar tunnel. Im so glad I did it finally and with a great recommendation from Mike Pirrami (I will thank him for that) I will use Gardner for future projects. Very reliable and great communication
