Salesman Nick listened to features we were looking for in bed set ( which were quite a few) and focused solely on the options that fit our list. When selecting mattress encouraged my daughter to fully lay on mattress to get complete feel of it as she was hesitant it was not allowed. Everything was disclosed about warranty options and limitations. This will be our 3rd purchase from this location (completely satisfied with other 2) and left excited. Not only was Nick friendly and knowledgeable but also mindful of our budget. Great experience as always!

He was knowledgeable about the furniture I was interested in and answered all of my questions. He tried to suggestive sell, but not aggressively. He was so friendly but stayed professional. He made the whole process smooth, quick and painless. He also has a great handshake. When I cashed out, Tatum was so friendly and thorough. She double checked all of my information, she also answered questions I had. She too tried to upsell but not pushy at all. She was able to take care of all my paperwork and chat with me yet maintain her professionalism. Between the two of them, I had a fantastic experience. If my delivery and set up go smoothly, a definite 7/5 āāāāāāā
