I had bought Jaguar's concealed system through which water enters the seat, due to some reason I had to return it but they did not return it even though no item in it was lost or was anything damaged.He said that he has opened it from inside. I called Jaguar customer care and called the technician. He said that brother, no part is missing from this product it is exactly like a new one. I requested him to give me some other item in place of this but he did not return it. If you shop here, do so wisely .

Had a bad experience with them and I had to call the owner names before leaving. He is the prime example of big business with small cheap mentality. 1. There rates are higher than other areas and shops, but it's fine, there shop there wish, hence can't complain. 2. the same items are costly by 15% at their shop, again, their shop theit wish. 3. I bought tiles from them, while buying they encouraged me to buy extra AS THEY WILL TAKE THE EXTRA TILES BACK WHICH IS A NORM ALL OVER. 4. so i bought as per my requirement and 4 to 5 boxes more for Just in case. 5. No where they told me that time period to return tiles is 2 weeks or less, may be I should have asked, but yeah, he should have clearly mentioned. 6. Now, when I go back to return the 3 boxes after may be 1 month, first he does drama of GET ME THE BILL, which he did not give but just a slip. when i asked him that he might be having the slip, he said that they do not have any record. SO THAT MEANS HE SOLD THE TILES TO ME WITHOUT BILL, THATS ILLEGAL IF I AM CORRECT. HE DOESNT HAVE A BILL FOR SALE.. GREAT!!! OR HE LIED JUST TO AVOID PAYING BACK.. DUNNO HE KNOWS BETTER then when i could find the softcopy of bill, he says that tiles are old and will not take back. I called him a liar on his face in front of his employees. POINT TO MENTION THAT THE TILES LEFT WERE WORTH MAY BE RS 1200 or so... so there was no point in spoiling mental peace when it's just a fraction of cost of Interior work, अबे 2 medium pizza नहीं आते इतने में तो.. so I left after calmly telling him this. wrote this review not for the money or get back at him, but this review will be here on Google and people will read it everytime when someone will search this shop. Garg jee, plz grow up. Feel ashamed that a shop worth few crores has to use these tactics.

I have a very bad experience dealing with GARG Bath Collection. They do not disclose and true picture of the product and when I asked them that this was explained when I purchased the product, they become aggressive and rude. I do not like their behavior and attitude and will never recommend any customer

Very cordial& sincere in dealing even after sale of items they take outmost care for installation also,particularly Mr Guddu,sales personnel is very helpful to customers.
