I was taken advantage of by a dishonest car dealership that pressured me into signing a purchase agreement for a vehicle they promised to deliver within a day. Instead, it took over a month. During their final inspection, they claimed to have discovered issues with the car and said they couldn’t get the necessary parts in time. I repeatedly asked them to cancel the agreement and switch to a different vehicle, but they ignored my requests. Frustrated, I purchased a car from another dealership and immediately notified the original one—via phone and email—that I no longer wanted the vehicle and wanted the agreement canceled. Five weeks later, they contacted me saying the car was ready and insisted I either pick it up or they’d deliver it. Two days later, they left the car parked in front of my house with the keys inside. That’s when I found Adam. I explained everything to him, and he immediately took action. He gathered all the necessary details and began the legal process to cancel the purchase agreement and return the car. Adam was incredible—he got my money back, canceled the loan, made the dealership pay the retainer fee and even made the dealership come pick up the vehicle. I’m beyond grateful.
