I called Garrett Tree Service yesterday for a second estimate for tree trimming, the person who gave us our first estimate was pretty flaky. Anyway, we met with TC from Garrett Tree Service. TC was awesome. He is a great guy with a wonderful personality. He and my husband hit it right off which is saying a lot since my husband is always skeptical. Anyway, TC knew exactly what we wanted. We decided to go with Garrett even thought our first estimate was less. The main reason because they seemed like an honest company with great customer service. The crew came out today since we are expecting rain all next week. They did a fantastic job on the trees. The trees should come back this Spring and look great. I would highly recommend Garrett Tree Service.

I recommend using TC Garrett’s tree service. TC got me a quote within a few hours of emailing, and his crew came out the next day and did the work. Fair price and quality results. I put a before and after photo with my review. TC understood that when people are putting their homes on the market, they want a quick turnaround. I appreciate how quickly this went from me contacting him to the work being completed. He remained in contact during the entire process. I wasn't home when he did the work, but he came by that evening to make sure everything was done right and I was satisfied with the job. I would recommend contacting them initially through their website. I found them to be extremely responsive. I had contacted another tree trimming service in the area, but I never received a quote back from them. TC Garrett told me that he services all of the Cypress area. if you live anywhere in Cypress, you should certainly consider using them. I almost forgot to mention; Garrett also trimmed up a bush that was blocking the view of my address. He didn't charge anything additional for that service. Looking at other people's reviews, I see that my experience is typical. Garrett provides quick service at a reasonable price, and made me feel extremely comfortable with his quick response to any questions I had.

Theo was very great to work with. He promptly contacted me when I reached out for a quote on services, then arrived with his crew at the time he mentioned they would start work. I would highly recommend using them. They did a great job cleaning up our trees.
